Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity
Manage all the documentation related to the employees that including employee files, promotion/appraisal documents, statutory documents, and exit documents
Address and resolve employee queries promptly.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
Requirement:
Good knowledge of HR Operations/ HR key processes from hire to retire
Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills which include email etiquette
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Previous experience in dealing with sensitive or confidential matters
Excellent Negotiation skills
Good knowledge of MS office/Excel and experience in HR tools
