Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity
  • Manage all the documentation related to the employees that including employee files, promotion/appraisal documents, statutory documents, and exit documents
  • Address and resolve employee queries promptly.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
Requirement:
  • Good knowledge of HR Operations/ HR key processes from hire to retire
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills which include email etiquette
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in dealing with sensitive or confidential matters
  • Excellent Negotiation skills 
  • Good knowledge of MS office/Excel and experience in HR tools
